Customer documentation made easy - with Docusnap

Docusnap makes it easy to manage multiple companies. You can create your own inventories, documentation and analyses for any number of clients.

Multitenant functions

With Docusnap, it is possible to manage several clients, i.e. customers, in a single installation without them having mutual insight into their data or evaluations. A client is the highest instance in Docusnap. This means that clients are self-contained units in Docusnap and have separate inventories, documentation and analyses. This separation makes it possible to strictly isolate the data and information for different clients from each other while ensuring efficient management.

Turn customer documentation into your business model

Are you an IT service provider? Then simply offer to take over the documentation of your IT infrastructure for your customers. Many customers will be grateful and happy to pay you to take on this time-consuming and labor-intensive task for them. This not only creates added value for your customers and strengthens customer loyalty, but also generates additional sources of income for your company.

Docusnap supports you

In Docusnap it is possible to create several clients, whereby the data is strictly separated. In this way, you can easily give each customer access to their own data. For example, you can use the Docusnap Web Client to give your customers read access via the web browser. In addition, you can also store an individual design for each client so that each client receives the output documents in their own corporate design.
You can conveniently control the inventory of customer networks centrally. The Docusnap Discovery Service (DDS) and the Docusnap Enterprise Gateway (DEG) capture the data reliably and automatically and then transmit it in encrypted form to your Docusnap server.

Individual design for each of your clients

A familiar look creates trust. For this reason, all output documents in Docusnap can be adapted to the respective corporate design (CD). This includes plans, reports, diagrams and more. The changes can be made centrally with just a few mouse clicks. All documents then use the newly specified design. These settings can be managed individually for each client. In this way, it is possible to store separate, CD-compliant documentation, reports etc. for different clients and thus optimize the professional presentation.
