Sublicensing Message

Message definitions define an event that you can have Docusnap notify you via email. On the one hand, this can be an expiring contract that you have created in the additional information, or even if specific software was found during the inventory.

The message definition of this add-on checks whether sub-licensing has been detected in Docusnap. The results of the inventory carried out are checked for specific results.

We recommend running the corresponding message on a daily basis. If sub-licensing has been identified, an email is sent with an attached Excel file.
