Extensive export options for your own queries

The Docusnap Connect packages can be exported directly to another SQL or MySQL database for further use. Alternatively, it is also possible to save and time-controlled sending via e-mail as an XML, CSV or Excel file. Docusnap Connect thus partially replaces the creation of a user-defined view in the hierarchical structure.

Open Docusnap with an external program

Docusnap offers the possibility to switch from an external program to Docusnap and to open the data explorer at a certain point. DocusnapLink.exe is available to make this possible. Several parameters can be specified when opening Docusnap. The first parameter is the ONC (Object Numbering Convention) with the specific ONC path. This is a coded path to a specific node in the Docusnap trees. Each node in Docusnap can be uniquely identified by this. When exporting data via Docusnap Connect, the ONC is exported for each entry. This value can therefore be used if a database exported via Docusnap Connect is used.

Direct access to objects

Individual objects in Docusnap can be accessed using the ONC path. The data explorer is expanded to the selected object.

Open Docusnap externally

The DocusnapLink.exe can either be called up directly or started via a data explorer or an Internet browser.
